1. On any device, go to developer.spotify.com/dashboard, log in with your Spotify account, and create an app (any name; select "Web API").
2. In the app's settings, add this exact Redirect URI and save:
3. Copy the app's Client ID, paste it below, then tap CONNECT and log in.
Requires Spotify Premium. This device needs internet for the controls to work — they're relayed through Spotify's servers even when songs are downloaded. If the buttons say "no active device", open the Spotify app and press play once, then come back.
ON (recommended): ShowSound and Spotify play at the same time. Note for iPhone: in this mode the ring/silent switch can mute ShowSound — keep the ringer on. OFF: ShowSound takes over the audio (pauses Spotify) but plays even on silent. Needs iOS 17 or newer to take effect.
